The Opportunity
Maitland City Council has an opportunity for two Customer Experience Agents to join the team. As one of Council’s Customer Experience Agents, you will deliver effective and efficient customer experience to a range of internal and external stakeholders. Working in a fast paced environment, our Customer Experience Agents are experts in Council’s diverse services and functions and are the first point of contact for customers across digital channels, telephone and face to face. In addition to providing timely and accurate information to customers, our Customer Experience Agents undertake daily administration and financial duties. Recognising the importance of exceptional customer experience, our Agents approach all customer enquiries with resourcefulness, empathy, proficiency, and a commitment to making things easy for all stakeholders.

You 
Maitland City Council is seeking two Customer Experience Agents who are 100% customer orientated, passionate, positive, and have a commitment to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

To be successful in this role, you will possess a Certificate IV or an equivalent combination of relevant contemporary experience.  Your superior communication skills will ensure you are confident delivering customer service across a range of platforms. Most importantly, your effective time management, refined attention to detail and solutions focused attitude will mean you hit the ground running as a customer experience superstar.

Benefits
Both positions are permanent full-time with a salary ranging from $62,245.04 – $75,690.68 per year based on demonstrated competencies + 10% p.a. super. To be successful in this role you will be available to work a flexible, rotating, roster between Monday-Friday across a span of hours between 8am-6pm.
