Unleashed Software (that’s us) are a cloud-based solution at the heart of great businesses that make, manage and move products – and we’ve had a busy couple of years. We hit double digits, celebrating 10 years in business, were fortunate enough to pick up some fabulous accolades (winning the Westpac Business Awards ‘Employer of the Year’,’Supreme Business Excellence’ in 2019 and be the recipient of the Xero Small Business App of the Year), set up a new team and office in Melbourne, and we became one of the newest members of the Access Group (in APAC) in November 2020. Plus lots of really really important BAU work got done – all whilst navigating that very annoying C-word (yep – Covid).

Our global team has grown to over 100 employees, located across Auckland (HQ), Bristol, & Melbourne as we continue to rapidly gain momentum in the Australian market, we have some exciting new roles available for those looking for a new challenge.

To keep moving in the direction (and the speed) we want, we’re going to need someone who truly understands the importance of great customer experience and is well practised in consulting, software implementation or on-boarding in a SaaS environment. You’ll be a people person with personality plus and know how to build rapport with a variety of stakeholders.

Working in one of our growing regional offices in the heart of Melbourne, you’ll need to be a self-starter, great communicator and able to work independently (whilst also being part of a great team).

Now we haven’t told you that you need ‘x’ years of experience in providing phone/email support, that you’ll know Zendesk or similar systems or have experience in managing expectations, delivering on-boardings and troubleshooting software. We know this isn’t your conventional detailed job advert, but really we wanted to just paint a picture of who we are, where we’re going and to see if you’re interested in joining us on this awesome journey.
