About the role:
Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a Sales and Account Management professional to join the team to grow an existing business portfolio of mid-tier clients.
Supported by your highly successful team, you’ll be account managing and upselling a suite of cutting-edge (in some cases, world-first) products. Accountable for client retention and growth, you’ll apply your solid base of sales and account management experience, promoting our online product offerings and upcoming products that deliver quality HR solutions for our clients.
- Expertise in customer renewals and upselling.
- Experience in Agency Recruitment or HR solution selling.
- Driven, adaptable and strongly motivated to reach and exceed targets.
- A demonstrated ability to negotiate, influence and see challenge as an opportunity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience using Salesforce.
- Comfortable working independently both office-based and from home while providing high quality service.
- Ability to travel both intrastate and interstate if required.
